Gather paper, pencil, and eraser
Draw a horizontal line for the front edge
Draw a second horizontal line above it for the back edge
Connect the corners with slanted lines
Add vertical lines to form the sides
Adjust the angles to show depth
Darken the visible edges
Erase extra construction lines
Add shading if desired
