Open the PhonePe app
Go to the transaction or payment history
Select the transaction you want to refund
Check whether the payment is eligible for refund
If the merchant supports refunds, contact the merchant directly
If the transaction was failed but money was debited, wait for automatic reversal
If the money is not reversed, raise a complaint in the app
Tap Help or Support
Choose the relevant transaction
Select the issue related to refund or failed payment
Submit the request with required details
Track the refund status in the app
If needed, contact PhonePe support through the app
If the issue remains unresolved, contact your bank or UPI service provider
