Open the online application form

Enter details of land, property, and other assets as required
Upload required documents in the prescribed format
Submit the application form
Pay the applicable fee, if any
Note down the application reference number or acknowledgment number
Track the application status on the portal using the reference number
Download the certificate after approval from the portal
Keep a printed copy or digital copy for future use
