Click the Apple menu
Select System Settings
Click Battery
Check Battery Health or Battery Health Status
On older macOS versions, click the Apple menu
Select About This Mac
Click System Report
Select Power
Review Condition, Maximum Capacity, and Cycle Count
Hold the Option key and click the battery icon in the menu bar
Check the battery condition shown there
Open System Information
Go to Power
Review battery details such as cycle count and condition
