Open the QR code on your MacBook screen or have it visible on another device
Open the Camera app on your iPhone or iPad and point it at the QR code
Use Continuity Camera with your iPhone if supported
Open the QR code image in Photos and use Live Text if available
Right-click the QR code image in Preview and copy or open the link if detected
Use Safari’s built-in QR code support by clicking the QR icon in the address bar if available
Install a third-party QR code scanner app from the Mac App Store
Use an online QR code scanner website by uploading the image
Use your iPhone to scan the QR code and then open the link on your MacBook
If the QR code is on paper, hold it up to your iPhone camera and scan it there
