Open Gmail
Open the email from the sender you want to block
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the email
Select Block sender
Click Block to confirm
To unblock a sender, open any email from them
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Unblock sender
Click Unblock to confirm
