Open the device or account settings

Enter the required passcode, PIN, or administrator password
Turn off Parental Controls
Save or confirm the changes
Restart the device if prompted
If you do not know the passcode, contact the account owner or device administrator
If needed, reset the parental control password using the official recovery process
