Open the device or app settings
Go to Parental Controls or Family settings
Enter the required passcode, PIN, or account password
Select Turn Off, Disable, or Remove Parental Controls
Confirm the change when prompted
Restart the device or app if needed
If you do not know the passcode, reset it through the account recovery process or contact support
