Visit the EPFO Member e-Sewa portal
Log in using your UAN, password, and captcha
Go to the “Online Services” section
Click on “Track Claim Status”
View the current status of your claim on the screen
Check the claim status through the UMANG app
Open the UMANG app and log in
Search for EPFO services
Select “Track Claim” or related claim status option
Enter the required details to view the status
Check the status through the EPFO grievance or claim portal if applicable
Use your registered mobile number for OTP-based verification if prompted
Contact the EPFO helpdesk if the status is not updating
