Cut a strip of cloth to the desired length and width
Fold both ends of the strip toward the center
Overlap the folded ends slightly
Pinch the center tightly
Wrap a small piece of cloth, thread, or ribbon around the center
Tie or glue the center wrap securely
Fluff out both sides to form the bow loops
Trim the ends if needed for a neat finish
