How to Make Badam Shake?

Soak 10–15 almonds in water for 4–6 hours or overnight

Peel the almonds

Add the peeled almonds to a blender

Add 1–2 cups cold milk

Add 2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey

Add a few saffron strands or a pinch of cardamom powder, if desired

Add a few ice cubes, if desired

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour into glasses

Garnish with chopped almonds or saffron strands, if desired

Serve chilled
