How to Make Badam Milk Shake?

Soak 10 to 15 almonds in water for 6 to 8 hours

Peel the almonds

Grind the peeled almonds with a little milk to make a smooth paste

Heat 2 cups of milk in a pan

Add the almond paste to the milk

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar or as needed

Add a pinch of saffron if desired

Add a pinch of cardamom powder

Stir well and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes

Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly

Chill in the refrigerator if desired

Pour into glasses and serve

Garnish with chopped almonds if desired
