Check the garment label for care instructions
Turn the clothing inside out
Locate the sensor attachment points
Use small scissors or a seam ripper to cut stitches or threads holding the sensor
Gently peel off adhesive-backed sensors if present
Hold the fabric taut to avoid tearing
Remove any remaining clips, snaps, or fasteners carefully
Clean off leftover adhesive with a fabric-safe remover if needed
Wash the clothing after removing all sensors
Inspect the fabric for damage before wearing or storing
