Tap Software Update
Wait for the iPhone to check for updates
Tap Download and Install if an update is available
Enter your passcode if prompted
Agree to the terms and conditions if prompted
Connect to Wi-Fi if needed
Plug the iPhone into power if the battery is low
Wait for the download to finish
Tap Install Now or let it install automatically
Keep the iPhone connected to power until the update is complete
