How to Cook Banana Bread?

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)

Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan

Mash 3 ripe bananas in a bowl

Mix 1/2 cup melted butter with 3/4 cup sugar

Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir in the mashed bananas

In a separate bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients

Mix until just combined

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes

Check doneness with a toothpick

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes

Remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack
