How to Cook Mexican Corn?

Shuck the corn and remove the silk

Bring a large pot of water to a boil

Add the corn and cook for 5 to 7 minutes

Remove the corn and let it drain briefly

Brush each ear with mayonnaise or Mexican crema

Sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese

Dust with chili powder or tajín

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the corn

Add chopped cilantro if desired

Serve immediately
