Open the Google app or Safari on your iPhone
Go to google.com
Tap the camera icon in the search bar
Use Google Lens to take a photo or upload one from your Photos app
Select the image area you want to search
View the visual search results
If using Safari, request the desktop site if the camera icon is not visible
You can also long-press an image in Google Images and choose Search image with Google Lens
