Click the search box
Delete the text you want to remove
Press Backspace or Delete
Clear your browser history if needed
Clear your Google Search activity if needed
Go to myactivity.google.com
Sign in to your Google account
Select Delete activity by
Choose the time range
Select Google Search activity
Click Delete
Confirm the deletion
