Open the PDF in a PDF editor
Select the text tool
Click where you want the text to appear
Type the text
Adjust the font, size, and color if needed
Move the text box to the correct position
Save the PDF
Use an online PDF editor if you do not have software
Use Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, Preview, or similar tools
Print to PDF after adding text if the editor requires it
