Click File
Click Export
Choose Quartz Filter
Select Reduce File Size
Save the compressed PDF
Use Adobe Acrobat and choose Compress PDF
Use Finder to create a ZIP archive if needed
Use online PDF compression tools
Reduce image resolution before saving the PDF
Remove unnecessary pages or attachments
Save as a smaller PDF from the original app if available
