Open Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Click Site settings
Click Pop-ups and redirects
Select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects
Add the website under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects if needed
Refresh the page
Check for any browser extensions blocking pop-ups and disable them if needed
