Open Facebook and log in
Go to Settings and privacy
Select Settings
Open Accounts Center
Select Your information and permissions
Choose Download your information
Select the profile or account you want
Pick the data categories you want to download
Choose the date range, format, and media quality
Tap or click Create files or Request download
Wait for Facebook to prepare the file
Download the file when it is ready from the notification or Downloads section
