Turn out the dough carefully without deflating it

Shape into a rough rectangle or loaf

Transfer to a floured cloth, parchment, or baking tray

Let it proof until puffy

Preheat the oven very hot

Place a tray or stone in the oven to heat

Add steam to the oven if possible

Bake until deeply golden and hollow-sounding

Cool completely before slicing
