Open the Messages app
Open the conversation containing the message
Press and hold the message you want to recall
Tap Undo Send
Make sure the message was sent within the allowed time limit
Update iPhone, iPad, or Mac if Undo Send is not available
If Undo Send is unavailable, delete the message from your device only
