Open Outlook
Go to the Send/Receive tab
Click Send/Receive All Folders
Press F9 to refresh mail
Check the Inbox for new messages
Restart Outlook if emails still do not appear
Sign out and sign back in if needed
Check your internet connection
Sync the account settings if using Outlook on mobile
Update Outlook to the latest version
