Open Outlook and go to the folder containing the emails
Select one email, then press Ctrl+A to select all emails in the folder
Hold Ctrl and click to select multiple specific emails
Hold Shift and click to select a range of emails
Press Delete to move selected emails to Deleted Items
Press Shift+Delete to permanently delete selected emails
Use the search bar to find emails by sender, subject, date, or keyword
Select all search results and delete them in bulk
Use the Clean Up tool to remove redundant messages in a conversation
Use Sweep in Outlook on the web to automatically delete or move emails from a sender
Empty the Deleted Items folder to permanently remove deleted emails
Use Archive if you want to remove emails from the inbox without deleting them
Create a rule to automatically delete or move future emails from specific senders
Repeat the process for other folders if needed
