How to Check Calendar of Others in Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to the Calendar view

Click Add Calendar

Select From Address Book or Open Shared Calendar

Search for the person’s name

Select the calendar you want to view

Click OK or Add

The shared calendar will appear alongside your own

If you already have permission, you can also open the person’s calendar from their contact card

If the calendar does not appear, ask the person to share it with you or grant you permission
