Open Outlook
Go to Settings
Select View all Outlook settings
Click Mail
Select Junk email
Find the blocked sender list
Select the email address you want to unblock
Click Remove or delete
Save your changes
Check the Safe senders and domains list if needed
Add the sender to Safe senders if you want future emails to go to your inbox
