Open Outlook
Go to the Sent Items folder
Open the sent email
Click File
Click Info
Select Resend or Recall
Click Recall This Message
Choose Delete unread copies of this message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message
Select whether to receive a report on recall success or failure
Click OK
If replacing the message, edit the new email and send it again
Note that recall works only if both accounts are in the same Microsoft 365 or Exchange organization
Note that recall may fail if the recipient has already opened the message or uses a different email client
