Remove the cap and check the mouthpiece
Shake the inhaler well
Breathe out fully
Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and seal your lips around it
Press the inhaler once while breathing in slowly and deeply
Keep breathing in until your lungs are full
Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, or as long as comfortable
Breathe out slowly
If another puff is needed, wait about 30 to 60 seconds and repeat
Replace the cap after use
Rinse your mouth after use if instructed to do so
