Dust the blinds with a microfiber cloth, duster, or vacuum brush attachment
Close the blinds fully and wipe one side from top to bottom
Flip the blinds and wipe the other side
Mix warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap
Dampen a cloth with the solution and wring it out well
Wipe each slat individually
Use a cotton swab or soft brush for corners and edges
For vinyl or aluminum blinds, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately
For wood blinds, use a barely damp cloth and avoid excess water
For fabric blinds, vacuum gently or spot clean according to care instructions
Remove the blinds if needed for a deeper clean
Soak removable blinds in a bathtub with mild soap and water
Rinse thoroughly and let them dry completely before rehanging
Dry the blinds with a clean microfiber cloth
Clean the cords and headrail with a damp cloth
Repeat regularly to prevent dust buildup
