Open Snapchat
Tap the Chat icon
Open the conversation containing the message
Press and hold the message
Tap Delete
Confirm Delete
To delete a sent message for everyone, do it before the recipient opens it if possible
To clear an entire conversation, go to Chat
Press and hold the conversation
Tap Chat Settings
Tap Clear from Chat Feed
Confirm the action
