Open Settings
Go to Bluetooth & devices
Select Printers & scanners
Choose the printer
Click Open print queue
Cancel all pending documents
Open Services
Find Print Spooler
Stop the Print Spooler service
Delete files in C:WindowsSystem32spoolPRINTERS
Start the Print Spooler service again
Restart the computer
Remove and re-add the printer if needed
