Open the printer queue on your computer
Select the print job you want to cancel
Click Cancel, Delete, or Remove
Confirm the cancellation if prompted
If the job does not cancel, pause the printer and try again
Restart the printer and computer if the job is stuck
Clear the print queue if needed
On a printer screen, open the job list and delete the job
On a mobile device, open the print app and cancel the active job
