Open the image in a browser or app that shows the “Learn about this picture” overlay
Right-click the desktop or lock screen and choose a different background
Turn off Windows Spotlight in Settings
Go to Settings
Select Personalization
Select Lock screen
Change Background from Windows spotlight to Picture or Slideshow
Disable “Get fun facts, tips, tricks, and more on your lock screen”
If it appears in a browser, disable the feature or extension that adds it
Clear browser cache and site data
Remove any related browser extension
Restart the device
If the issue remains, reset the lock screen or wallpaper settings to default
