Select the window
Press Windows key + Shift + Left Arrow or Right Arrow
Drag the window to the other monitor
Use Alt + Tab to switch to the window if needed
Right-click the taskbar app icon and choose Move if available
Press Alt + Space, then M, then use arrow keys to move the window
Use the window’s maximize/restore button before moving if necessary
