Wash the kiwi thoroughly
Cut off both ends
Stand the kiwi upright on a cutting board
Slice off the skin in strips with a knife, following the curve of the fruit
Rotate the kiwi as you peel until all skin is removed
Trim any remaining bits of skin if needed
