Open the Settings app
Tap Safari
Turn off Block All Cookies
Turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking if needed
Close and reopen Safari
Visit the website again and accept the cookie prompt
If using Chrome or another browser, check that browser’s privacy settings for cookie blocking
If the site still does not show cookies, clear the website data and try again
