Connect your iPhone to your PC with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open the Photos app on your PC
Select Import
Choose From a USB device
Select the photos you want to import
Click Import Selected or Import All
Wait for the transfer to finish
Open File Explorer on your PC
Go to This PC
Open Apple iPhone
Open Internal Storage
Open DCIM
Copy the photos and paste them into a folder on your PC
Use iCloud for Windows if you want automatic syncing
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone
Install and sign in to iCloud for Windows on your PC
Download photos from iCloud Photos to your PC
Use the Windows Photos app or File Explorer to save the files locally
