Go to Trips
Select the flight booking you want to cancel
Check the airline’s cancellation policy and refund rules
Click Cancel flight or Cancel booking if available
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation
Review any cancellation fees or refund amount before confirming
Save or screenshot the cancellation confirmation
If the cancel option is not available, contact Expedia customer support
If the airline ticket was booked directly with the airline, contact the airline to cancel it
If you used travel insurance, check whether you can file a claim for cancellation costs
