Open the Facebook app or website and log in
Go to Settings and privacy
Select Settings
Open Accounts Center
Tap Personal details
Select Contact info
Choose Add new contact
Enter the new email address
Verify the new email address using the confirmation link or code sent to your inbox
Return to Contact info
Set the new email as primary if needed
Remove the old email address if you no longer want it on your account
