Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap Bluetooth
Find your AirPods in the list
Tap the More Info button next to your AirPods
Tap Name
Enter the new name
Tap Done
On Mac, open System Settings or System Preferences
Click Bluetooth
Control-click or right-click your AirPods
Select Rename
Enter the new name
Click Rename or Save
On Android or other devices, change the name through the connected device’s Bluetooth settings if available
