Open the Files app or My Files app
Tap Downloads
Check the Downloads folder in internal storage
Open the browser app
Tap the menu icon
Select Downloads
Check the notification panel for recent downloads
Open the app used to download the file
Use the search bar and type the file name
Check the Gallery or Photos app for downloaded images and videos
