Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Tap or click Items
Select your AirTag from the list
View the current location on the map
Move closer to the AirTag to refresh its location
Wait for the location to update automatically when the AirTag connects to nearby Apple devices
Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are turned on
Ensure your device has an internet connection
Pull down on the Find My screen to refresh the list
Replace the AirTag battery if it is not updating
Reset and re-pair the AirTag if needed
