Fold the other diagonal in half to make another triangle
Unfold it
Fold the top corner down to the center point
Fold the bottom corner up to the center point
Fold the left corner to the center point
Fold the right corner to the center point
Turn the paper over
Fold the top left and top right edges inward slightly to round the top of the heart
Fold the bottom point upward slightly to shape the heart
Turn the paper back over
Adjust the edges and creases to form a heart shape
