Open the Google Play Store app or go to play.google.com
Sign in to the Google account used for the purchase
Go to your order history or purchase history
Find the app, game, subscription, or in-app purchase you want refunded
Select Request a refund or Report a problem
Choose the reason for the refund request
Submit the refund request form
Check your email for Google’s response
If eligible, wait for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method
For subscriptions, cancel the subscription first if you do not want future charges
For accidental purchases, request the refund as soon as possible
For unauthorized purchases, report the issue immediately through Google Play support
If the refund option is not available, contact the app developer or Google Play support directly
