Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon
Tap Settings
Tap General
Tap Account and device preferences
Find Country and profiles
Select the new country
Add a payment method for the new country if prompted
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the change
Wait for the country change to take effect
Clear the Play Store app cache if the new country does not appear
Restart your device if needed
Note that you may only be able to change your Play country once per year
Note that your Google Play balance may not transfer to the new region
