Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon
Tap Payments & subscriptions
Tap Payment methods
Tap More payment settings
Sign in if prompted
In Google Pay, find the payment method you want to remove
Tap Remove
Confirm the removal
If needed, remove all saved payment methods one by one
If the option is unavailable, set up a different default payment method first
If you have an active subscription or unpaid balance, cancel or clear it before removing the payment method
