Review Chrome and web activity entries
Check synced history on other devices using the same account
Open Chrome on another synced device
Go to History
Restore a recent browser backup if available
Check Windows File History or macOS Time Machine backups
Restore a previous system backup containing Chrome profile data
Look for DNS cache records on the device
Check router logs if they are enabled
Use third-party recovery tools only if you understand the risks
Stop using the device immediately if trying file recovery
