Go to the Epic Games refund page
Sign in to your Epic Games account
Open your account settings
Select Transactions or Purchase History
Find the Fortnite purchase you want to refund
Check whether the purchase is eligible for a refund
If eligible, choose Request Refund
Select the refund method if prompted
Confirm the refund request
Use a Refund Ticket if required
Submit the request and wait for confirmation
Check your email for refund status updates
Contact Epic Games Support if the refund option is unavailable
